Image processing
Individual image processing and analysis at iSAM´s is not only based on standardised methods, but employs newly developed software. Tailored to the complexity of the problem, neural networks as well as genetic algorithms are applied.
First, the single concept is evaluated in close cooperation with our customer; later on, the equipment for image acquisition (camera) and lighting will be selected and supplied. Note that we are not bound to certain hard- or software components.
iSAM´s sensor systems for image processing are ready to be directly included with the manufacturing process helping to increase productivity and quality. Their scope of application ranges from the simple monitoring of material flow, the so-called single piece tracking, to the supervision of fast processes with high-speed cameras up to pretty exact geometric measurements, automatic X-ray analysis and even their use as reference system in machine automation.
We prefer to provide you with all-in-one solutions accompanied by full customer support from the first concept to finished system integration.
